We should encourage the publishers to bring out good and beautiful (not negative) books, city planners should build a major mosque to celebrate its founding; business people should make the city attractive so that they can bring in trade, jobs and profit; cultural groups and institutions should arrange programmes of lectures, dramas, films, music events and an education programme on city hygiene and culture.
