Activate the students
Bangladesh is in the midst of a national crisis. Flood has hit the country badly. What strikes my mind is that no effective relief operations are going on to help the flood affected people. The government is showing an indifferent attitude towards this national crisis and the main opposition is busy blaming the government, rather than doing some work on its own. My question is whether the huge manpower that both the parties conserve (Chhatra Dal and Chhatra League) is being employed for trouble making, terrorising and killing, only? This huge manpower can be of immense help to the flood affected people if utilised in a constructive way.
I urge both the government and the opposition to show a little bit of patriotism. Let your work forces, who are efficient in obstructing and terrorising, be used in a meaningful way. Let them do some real work in this hour of crisis.
