An appeal
We the entry level officers of B.C.S (Agriculture) cadre are not getting any promotion/selection grade for the last 8 years. The agriculture ministry is not doing anything for our promotion/selection grade. For the last 5 years the ministry has killed time telling us that they will do it next month! But it has not done anything so far. So, we are working in the same scale, same position for the last 13-15 years, though there are vacant posts. Our batch mates of all other cadres are holding the rank and status of deputy secretary and getting their salary in the 5th grade (National pay scale) but we people are still in the grade of entry level i.e. 9th grade. So, it is very disgusting for us.
We appeal to the government to look into the matter and do the needful in this respect.
