Attack on circus

What is going on in this country? There was an attack on as innocuous a thing as circus in a southern town the other day. What will people do if their sources of entertainment are not allowed to exist? The attackers could have been people who had some problem with the organisers of the circus. Even then, it is difficult to conceive why on earth a bomb attack had to be carried out on the innocent spectators, two of whom have been hospitalised in critical condition.

Why are such weird and violent things happening in society? Not long ago, there was a spate of attacks on yatra shows, which are another source of entertainment to common people. It is really difficult to understand why these age-old things are being viewed as hostile by a group of bigots.

Pious and truly religious people never opposed popular forms of folk culture in the past. Did they have a poor understanding of the principles that the bigots are fighting for?

I believe the problem stems from inept handling of the situation by the government.
