Attention, WASA
I am a resident and domestic consumer of Mirpur, WASA Zone-4. My account and metre numbers are respectively 0404106100 and 433451. In the bill for December 2003, they had shown the metre reading as 8534 units, but the reading on 24 January, 2004 put it at 8162.
The billing ,as the figures suggest, could not have been correct. I have complained to the project manager, field officer and the metre reader both verbally and in writing (on 24 January 2004) but to no effect
Will the WASA authorities take note of my complaint?
