August 21 attack

The highly professional manner in which the 21 Aug attack was executed and the slow tempo with which the enquiry into this gruesome crime has so far been conducted, there is very little hope that something substantial will come out of it. It will probably meet the same fate as of the previous enquiries in bomb attack cases. In English language there is a proverb "Well begun is half done". In this case the beginning has not been very encouraging. Too much time has been spent yielding too little result.

Can we really expect anything substantial?
