Balanced view
It was nice to see that The Daily Star decided to take a fair and balance view of US politics. It was really disturbing to read some of the commentaries , which were very similar to the propaganda materials of the religious bigots. The bottom line is that war is evil and you do not have to support the war, you also do not have to feel sorry for Americans who were victims of terrorist attacks. But, you cannot support people who are against moral values and individual freedom.
Bangladeshis don't have much to be proud of, but we are proud of our conservative social values that keep our society together.
