Biman service
For a long time, I have been hearing from people what bad service Biman offers to its customers. People pay money to travel by Biman and you provide service which is far below their expectations. Several members of my family are stranded in Dhaka right now (April 19), they have not been able to get on the flight BG017 because you have over booked.
Members of my family have paid money for this flight. I do not see why they have to suffer for the incompetence of an airline. Please don't reply saying, "We are sorry." This is not enough.
