My grandfather passed away on Monday and my uncle left for Dhaka from the United States with his family to attend his funeral. Due to the Biman strike he was stranded in Dubai for an extra 24 hours. Would you please ask the government and Biman officials about the painful experience they are delivering to people?

I understand that both the parties have issues, but shouldn't there be some guidelines for such service industries to stay out of "hartal/strike"? I bet this is another reason for us to get such bad name around the world.

May Allah bless us. That's all we can pray for, because our leaders are not helping us.
