Blanket immunity to WB

This is something that no organisation should enjoy however important it might be.

The subject is technical too. We, as lay persons, can't determine which is good for the nation from the points made by the treasury bench and the opposition because they debate only for the sake of debate. And, as usual, no result comes out of these debates.
