Bridge over River Karnaphuli
I have been following the debate over the type of bridge to be constructed over River Karnaphuli with much amusement.
It looks like another class of people (besides the bureaucrats who always seemed to be knowledgeable in all matters including engineering and medical) i.e. the politicians have joined the 'know it all' group.
