BTTB mobile service
I strongly oppose BTTB's mobile project as their land phone maintenance is not good . There are some mobile companies in Bangladesh and the network is not so satisfactory because the sound is not clear in some lines provided by the mobile companies. BTTB should not spend too much on it, forgetting its own business of land phone.
It is still difficult to deal with BTTB. Our telephone has been out of order for such a long time and there is no sign that it will be repaired in the near future. They ask for payment to buy new cables, manpower bonus to arrange the working hands and so on .
I write this letter and hope the government will push and improve the BTTB's service and support for its customers in land phone. Change your image in public and create a new look for all, at least in telephone and communications .
