Campaign for environment

In the western world, citizens are always conscious about their health, environment etc. A Greenpeace volunteer holds up a banner shortly after storming the corporate headquarters of Mirant in Manila. The banner brands the American company as a toxic polluter and climate killer. In a test result released by Greenpeace, ash-products taken from Mirant's coal power plants in the Southern city of Toledo, Cebu, were positive for mercury, a deadly neurotoxin, and arsenic, a carcinogen. See, if they can organise a campaign for their environment, why not us?

What are we doing for our environment? Do we always show our concern for it? Our environment is already polluted and day by day it's going worse. Our policy makers have to be really concerned about saving our environment from all types of pollution.

At the same time, we, the general people, must refrain from doing anything that may destroy our environment. We are not at all serious about our environmental problems.
