Dhaka is one of the biggest cities in the world with a huge population. But it doesn't have a proper communications system for its commuters. In other countries, there are underground rail, monorail etc. to solve this problem. Anyway, I think railway can be a good way to solve this problem.

I am now putting down my suggestions. At the moment Kamalapur is the main railway station. My suggestion is to shift this railway station to Tongi or Gazipur. Only then we would be able to set up a railway network for city commuters.

We could start a regular train service to and from Tongi or Gazipur, which can run every half an hour or every hour. Moreover, we can set another rail line from Savar to old Dhaka via Mohammadpur.

Experts should think about it and find a solution to the problem.
