Controversial EC
We understand that to update the voter list the EC followed the normal procedure of going door to door in the past. It is difficult to understand why the EC will not follow the laid down procedures. By refusing to follow the set procedures, the CEC is just making the EC more and more controversial. The comments of the CEC appearing in the newspapers are just mounting pressure on the government to quickly step in and keep the situation under control through taking some drastic action.
We also believe that enough is enough.
