Bachelor is a movie that made a craze among the folk who don't watch traditional Bangla movies, even before its release. But I am completely disappointed to see the movie. It circled around uneven love of some bachelor and married persons. Here several lovers of a person and so-called get together have been depicted so normally that adolescents may think that there is nothing wrong with this kind of relation. On this movie almost every character has more than one lover, which is sometimes represented as friendship.

On her character Api Karim has made friendship with three guys and confused everyone including herself. Ferdous was desperate to have girlfriends by any means. He managed three and married one of them. In this movie bachelors used an empty flat of their friend as their dating place and it was very plainly directed to getting together. Mobile phone was very common in the movie, which they frequently used to talk to their all lovers . There was also some sequence of unequal love after marriage. The characters were trying to anchor with all their lovers on the same time. Though there was no odd scene like traditional Bangla movies, the whole movie illustrated an odd episode on a weak structure.

The movie depicted the dark side of love. From this movie our young generation may take getting together and love as a very light matter, which won't bring anything good for them. Both the writer Anisul Huq and director Mostofa Sarwar Faruki are famous for their easy and life associated and nice dramas. But this time they failed to bring out a tidy, pleasant and well organised film.

I urge the writer and director of this movie to think about the impact of the movie deeply before launching another drama or movie.
