A disarmed people
When anti-liberation forces strike (and they will strike just as in 1971), they will be able to take over a thoroughly disarmed and dispirited Bangladesh and rape her without fear of retaliation as even licensed arms had to be deposited last year. What is the job of our national leaders ? To facilitate the loss of liberation or to defend it ? Are they unaware or are they willing to let us lose our independence?
