Draft voter list
We fail to understand why it was necessary to go ahead with the preparation of voter list pending decision of the SC. In my view it is the responsibility of the EC to prepare the voter list without any controversy. Instead, the EC has put the responsibility on the poor public to get their name enlisted if omitted, and also to identify mistakes, if any, and draw the attention of the EC for rectification.
Why will the people or the political parties take these responsibilities?
