There is a cricket team with Test status . The performance of that team is substandard but there is no symptom of improvement. They change their management and coach at regular intervals. Every new management is committed to making new something to achieve success but all achievements of the new faces are limited into some catch-speech. There are many jokes about the performance of the team around the world but nobody hesitates to enjoy the leadership of that cricket team. This is a story of cricket team of a poor country where the cricket board is the richest among the sports bodies.

There is another part of this story. Every year the cricket management fights to capture a stadium in the centre of the capital of that country, though other stadiums are experiencing a drought of play. On the other hand, open fields for the general peoples are reducing day by day through many public and private initiatives. There is no programme, worth the name, to search or create new talents from all over the country.

The situation beyond the capital is even worse. There is no regular league or any other competition outside the capital. There is no assistance or sponsorship from private or public sector. As a result, 14 players couldn't grow up from 140 million people.

Only coaches won't help, Please look for new players, instead of relying on the coach to do everything for you.
