On 8th of November 2004, the Americans launched a full-scale attack on the Muslims of Fallujah. The latest attack on the inhabitants of the city comes at a time when the enemy has showered the city with all kinds of aerial bombs resulting in the slaughter of hundreds of innocent civilians. The indiscriminate killing of Muslims during the blessed month of Ramadan is a hallmark of America's belligerence towards Muslims. America launched similar air strikes in the month of Ramadan, against the Muslims of Afghanistan, killing and maiming tens of thousands of civilians. Back then and now, the aerial bombardments continue unabated and the world remains silent over the genocide in Fallujah. Had this been any European city the world would have immediately cried genocide, genocide, genocide!! stop bombardment! Instead, Bush, Blair and their stooge Allawi shout down any one who dares to make such comparisons-- as Kofi Annan recently found out. So where are those international norms of warfare which are supposed to protect civilians from the cruelty of occupation forces? Where are the western thinkers and politicians who claim to be the champions of human rights and international law?

The answer is simple. Today in the eyes of western powers and their puppet rulers in the Islamic world, the blood, honour and dignity of Muslims have become worthless.
