How to govern?
I refer to the letter of Mr. Nur Hossain (under the heading "Simply silly") in the DS of 03-April where he raised the issue of governance of this country. From all that I have seen during the past two decades, I am sorry to say that, we, Bangladeshis (or Bangalees? Even our nationality is disputed!), do not seem to be able to govern ourselves at all.
