We are talking much about the image of the country, which is claimed to have been tarnished by people outside the government. True, the image has been tarnished, but whether the damage has been done by the people in the government or the outsiders is the question. If you look at the administration you will hardly find the right person in the right place. We do not even have sufficient numbers of people who can communicate properly with foreigners.
Bangladesh today is in desperate need of qualified people. I don't want to elaborate the point further.
