I would request the Indian High Commission officials to kindly ensure that the 'full name' (as in the passport including nick name) of visa applicant(s) is written on the visa issued from the High Commission.
This is important because the Indian immigration offices show reluctance to accept the visa without full names.
Consequently, travellers face harassment. If they take corrective measures it would be greatly appreciated by the sufferers.
