An indifferent state!
Bangladesh is not an inactive state, it is an indifferent state. We can compare Bangladesh with an indifferent family. In an indifferent family, many unexpected things occur. Because the guardian of the family does not take care of it. So, we can say, Bangladesh is an indifferent state. Here the government and the administration are not active. If they were active the mysteries behind the August 17 bomb blasts would have been resolved. So, if Bangladesh wants to get back its past glory and establish itself as a moderate Muslim country, the government will have to play its due role.
