Indigenous people
I appreciate very much Thuihla Mong's letter on Marmas. Marmas and other indigenous people need to come forward and demand preservation of their unique cultures. We need them more than they need us!
It would be very sad if the majority imposes their hegemony on those indigenous people and force them to become more like Bengalees. The government should protect these tribes, before they take the law in their own hands.
