To intellectuals...
But from the columns of our above mentioned intellectuals one can smell their undeclared support and inclination towards a particular party, which probably they themselves cannot deny.
Now, the question is, will the present suffocating condition of the country improve if the Awami League comes to power in the next election? The answer is very simple, a big "no". I think I can substantiate my opinion adequately, because of the fact that there are so many 'Hazaris' in the AL. People will never forget the activities of those familiar faces during the past Awami League regime. It is easily understood what these terrorists will do if the Awami League assumes power in the next election.
So, my request to those intellectuals is that they take note of the points raised by me. They should be equally harsh on the Awami League for retaining those dangerous elements in the party for whom they lost to the BNP in the last elections. It is clear that those eminent terrorists have been retained in the party for retaliation, which is not at all a right way of thinking as far as political norm is concerned. Of course, the BNP has also failed miserably in this respect.
The intellectuals should be fair and objective in their criticism. I do not find any write-up from them against AL terrorists who should have been ousted from the party years ago.
