I have gone through the article "Atmospheric electricity..." published in The Daily Star on 29.04.06 & found it very interesting, particularly for highlighting the intrinsic behaviour of electricity & its impact.
We would be benefited if Professor Rahim describes the method & technique for harnessing such electricity in meeting power shortage.
