Iraqis are uniting

The aggressive and materialistic West is naturally perturbed, as this new trend in the Muslim world might spread out rapidly, providing a united shield against pre-emptive strikes by the enemies of Islam. The divide-and-rule policy in the Middle East is now on a hard test. The rich Muslim states have to take a long-term stand and send the message to the developed countries who bank more on industrialisation than divine exchanges between the Creator and the created.

There are hidden saints in each nation for guidance, working indirectly. This beginning of the new millennium is a century of changes. Bangladesh is not excluded. Evil can hardly hold the front stage for long it lurks in the background.

The leaders, including our local ones, have to review the situation on a long-term perspective. The rise and fall of nations would now accelerate. Hence current leadership needs more elbow space to hold their ground. Only the knife edge is sharp, in contrast to compassion and piety.
