Jamuna Bridge
The Uttar Banga Janakalyan Samity (North Bengal People's Welfare Association) recently called upon the government to reduce the rate of tolls of the Jamuna Bridge in the interest of smooth and viable industrialisation of the country.
While supporting the above demand, I would urge the authorities to urgently complete the task of constructing the railway tracks from Joydevpur to Kamalapur railway station. This will ensure smooth and profitable running of trains between Dhaka and Rajshahi and other northern districts.
