It would be tough to find out a single locality in the city without a cyber cafe. Still our high school level is not so much updated like in Europe. And our study method is not based on assignment, so we don't need to collect information from the net. But if you go to an cyber cafe you could find most of the users are youngsters. Just think for a while what are they doing there? They can easily get through taboo sites & get sexual entertainments from there. Are not they demolishing their own future? That's all arising due to lack of order.

Most of the cyber cafe businessmen keep their computers' tool bar full of adult sites. So, a novice user also can easily get through the site. In most of the places (café) they have some private room to maintain privacy. So the youngsters can come into it. But their (teenagers' ) guardians don't bother about it. Maybe they don't know that their sons/daughters are skipping school & wasting their time on Internet. Nowadays it has become a fashion to have a computer at home with an Internet connection. But parents don't know much about such activities.

So many teenagers are skipping school & visiting the blue world of pornography. The matter cannot overlooked.
