"Gypsy" means people who travel around and traditionally live in caravans. They stay in one place for 15 to 20 days under the open sky and shift to another. The groups consist of 10 to 15 families and there is a leader who maintains order.

The gypsies are left out of the mainstream of life. They are deprived of the benefits of modern existence. I would request the government and the NGOs to look into the matter and help those people to adopt the modern way of life. Maybe , they would not agree but they should be given a chance!
