It was indeed bizarre to find a letter published in your esteemed daily, captioned as 'On Mahathir and Hitler.' The letter was written by a reader from Canada on 29 October 03. The rationale behind the writer's assertion, that, by making the statement 'Jews rule the world by proxy', Mahathir behaved like Hitler is not only questionable, but inexcusable. Even the Jewish controlled media in the West and in Israel did not dare to make such uncontrolled remarks on Dr. Mahathir. I would like to remind the readers a few hard facts in this connection.

Of the 253 vetoes recorded by the five Security Council members since the inception of the United Nations, the United States alone cast 77. In 1972, Washington used its first ever veto to support the Jewish state of Israel. This was done on the heels of Arabs mooting a resolution that condemned Israel for one of its attacks on its Arab neighbours. Since then, of the 77 US vetoes, 41 was to shield Israel from resolutions that condemned, deplored, denounced, affirmed, endorsed, called upon and urged Israel to obey the world body.

Since 1996, out of total 9 vetoes in the Security Council, 7 were by the USA; of which 6 were in direct support of Israel. These included veto against draft resolutions on establishing a UN observer force to protect Palestinian civilians and the Israeli decision to "remove" (by killing??) elected Palestinian President Yasser Arafat. In most cases, United States was the lone supporter of Israel.

A survey of the nearly 1,500 resolutions passed by the Security Council reveals a non-compliance of more than ninety resolutions. The most extensive violator of Security Council resolutions is the Jewish state of Israel. Israel is known to have nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons. It alone violated resolutions 242, 267, 271, 298, 338 , 446, 452 and 465, to name but a few.

Israel also routinely violated Fourth Geneva Convention that deals with deportations, demolition of homes, collective punishment and seizure of private property. On the receiving end of these violations are predominantly Arab Muslims. Ariel Sharon, the Prime Minister of Israel, is known as an 'Unrepentant War Criminal' to many Western thinkers.

With all these facts, Israel is not only sustaining with complete immunity but also has the privilege of being the highest recipient of US aids both in economic and defence fields. It is said that in today's mono-polar world, it is America that rules the world. But given the unlimited Jewish influence on her, it is probably rightly opined that Israel controls America. These hard facts strengthen and substantiate Dr. Mahathir's remarks on the Jewish rule over the world.

The rationale behind comparing Mahathir with Hitler, ignoring the facts, tantamount to giving complete immunity to Israel to keep on committing crimes against humanity and the Arab Muslims.
