Local products- poor customer feedback

The manufacturers of local goods do not pay attention to feedback from the millions of users (as done in developed industrialised countries).

They do not train the salespersons who visit retail shops and distribute the products at regular intervals. Such training set-ups are never covered by the mass media. They want to sell by any means.

Our consumer market is huge (130 million). Only a few top firms have R&D facilities (worth noticing).

Most labels do not mention complete postal address to encourage users/consumers to write, and hardly any of them even acknowledge letters.

The motivation is on quick profits. In a market where demand is more than supply (of quality products), there is a tendency to offer goods with lower production cost & higher profits.

Add the amateurish and pitiable condition of the regulatory network. It is a neglected science (how science becomes art?).

The political masters cannot hide that they are politicians!
