"Main Hoon Na"
"Jeet Lo Dil" was the buzz word and official motto of the recently held India-Pakistan cricket series aiming at assuaging the existing hostility between the two countries. "Mai Hoon Na", the lately released blockbuster Hindi movie acted by romantic hero Shahrukh Khan, is also propagating the same message of promoting Indo-Pak friendship. The theme of the movie demands public appreciation as it is based on an enterprise of strengthening the Indo-Pak ties, forgetting all the past reciprocal feelings of intolerance and antagonism. While a good number of Indian films intend to provoke the existing state of animosity between the two countries, "Mai Hoon Na" can be a bold and admiring example of reducing tension and establishing a state of peace and tranquillity between the two countries. The British media has also highly appreciated the movie as it contains the message of friendship and brotherhood.
So, we expect more movies like "Mai Hoon Na" from Bollywood which will boost the Indo-Pak peace move and bring the people of the two countries closer to each other.
