A local newspaper of Chittagong has touched upon the very important issue of putting controls or monitoring the ownership of mobile phones. In this country, walkie-talkies are banned to prevent usage in organising crimes. But, the unregulated/careless selling of mobile connections have resulted in the anti-social elements getting hold of mobiles and their abuse for criminal purposes.
