Mobile service
The question is, when will the mobile companies "convert" all their connections into standard/full-service phones (as promised time and again)? And when will they come down to a lower flat rate (at per with our neighbouring country) instead of imposing the conditions and restrictions of calling to certain numbers, certain hours of the day, certain duration of call, going through certain extra procedures and extra costs, etc?
