National interest

The government of Bangladesh recently sanctioned one more holiday that made the total number two in a week. This is an attempt to reduce wastage of fuel by various government officials.

I think the government should have addressed the more important political problems before addressing the issue of weekly holidays. Rising militancy, bomb blasts, loss of lives and most importantly our introduction to the world as a fundamentalist country is being possible due to the presence of terrorists in the country.

The government should respond to people's demand and get rid of Jamaat.
