No balance of power
The US attacked and occupied Iraq on the excuse that Iraq had WMD. But nothing has been unearthed so far. Similarly, Mr. Bush now raises the same question against Iran and the country may face the same fate.
So will this process continue endlessly ? Perhaps the world needs another Soviet Union for balance of power.
