Ousting the alliance government

While going through the news item captioned 'Unite to save country from grip of fanatics' (DS 30/8/05) I stumbled only on Dr Kamal Hossain's call 'to oust the alliance government!' I expect Dr. Kamal Hossain, who is a constitutional expert (compiler of the first constitution of Bangladesh), to follow the constitutional means to oust an elected government. We have a Sangshad (Parliament) where we can move a no-confidence motion and if the consensus is broad, I believe the government, will fall as in a true democratic style. At the time of national crisis, ousting the government is questionable.

So far, we experienced two military take-overs (1975 & 1982) and one through mass movement in 1990. The fall of Ayub Khan was also a result of united mass movement, it reminds me (in line with Dr Kamal's call) about the calculated forecast of the AL General secretary (Mr. Jalil) of the fall of the present government.

Let's think about three square meals for the majority of the countrymen as envisioned by the architect of independent Bangladesh, Bangabondhu SK Mujibur Rahman instead of being too theoretical.
