Political paralysis

Bangladesh is severely gripped by the political paralysis that has been bringing all sorts of ills to destroy its very foundation of democratic values on which it got liberated through an armed struggle in 1971. People sacrificed their lives fighting against a strong army with whatever they had at their disposal. Later India's military support quickened the liberation. But interestingly enough, what these innocent and peace-loving people had or possessed was the integrity, the unyielding urge for freedom and equality. And it was the glorious leadership of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the father of the nation, which truly guided the nation to such a historical event through which we emerged as an independent republic that acclaimed a universal dignity and respect from the international community.

Most unfortunately, the father of the nation was assassinated.

From that time onward Bangladesh had turmoil of all sorts in terms of exercising democracy.

In conclusion, it is the sacred duty of all the conscientious citizens of the country to work hard putting all their differences aside for the greater interest of the nation we are a proud and rich nation in many respects but our lapses in key areas are pulling us straight down to the level of the primitives.

We can surely revert the whole thing to our own glorious past and thus repair the already torn apart image of the nation we can and should try hard to salvage our beloved motherlandBangladesh.
