RAB and law and order
Kindly allow me to ventilate my views on the above subject through the columns of your esteemed daily.After putting RAB into operation law and order in the country has improved tremendously. I would like to congratulate the government and specially the Prime Minister for her bold and timely action for restoring law and order. So there should be no let up in the efforts of the government in this regard. People in general are very happy to see the death reports of the terrorists in Newspapers. This has gone a long way in restoring public confidence in the government.
But I am shocked and surprised to see that some top lawyers of the country are criticizing RAB actions on the ground that human rights are being violated. My questions is where were these people when terrorists were killing people right and left. This reminds me of the saying "Doctors live on diseases and lawyers on crime".
