Congratulations Rab, for a successful year of operation . We are now living in a much safer society. Extortion threats over telephone or by other means from the accomplices of Kala Jahangir or Pichchi Hannan etc. are no longer there. The incidence of hijacking on the streets in broad daylight has significantly reduced. Villagers are safe from the hands of terrorists. The people in the southern zone of the country are now relieved upon elimination of the notorious extremists. What else a peace loving citizen can expect from the Administration ? We know under the present political scenario, total elimination of these criminals will be difficult as those are harbored by their political godfathers both from the ruling as well as opposition parties. But certainly those elements could be contained to a great extent. But this achievement and the applause from the countrymen is not the end. Still the job is unfinished and you will have to go a long way in dealing with the godfathers as well. There should be no room for complacency.Brush aside all crocodile tears from the vested quarters (humanitarians !) in favour of these social parasites. Where were those self styled humanitarians when these goons made the lives of common men unbearable, when they were killing people at will, extortion was the order of the day? The answer is simple; those sympathisers were "managed". They should understand that by no means these terrorists fall under the category "Human". None of these notorious goons could be punished or even if arrested were set free on bail on the following morning only to carry on with their nefarious activities with renewed vigor. No wonder, these diehard criminals drew no sympathy from the countrymen for their miserable fate.
So let the dog bark, but you must not deviate from the noble mission of eradicating the cancer from our society. You need to apply surgery to remove the cancer, only administration of tablets will not serve the purpose.
