Recruitment of nurses
The letter by Dr. Lailun Nahar in support of nurses' recruitment was really admirable. In spite of being an important part of the health care system for a long time, it's really frustrating to see that nurses are not getting their due recognition. Inappropriate funding for student nurses, lack of the standard of education in terms of the needs of our present world, and unusual delay in their recruitment are some of the problems that nurses are facing.
I think the health authorities should address the above problems with a sense of urgency.
