Reduce the mobile call rate
I am sure that those who are contemplating taking a cell phone are now regretting that they had not done so sooner. Price of SIM has gone up and the main sufferers are the common people. Mr. Saifur Rahman thinks that by doing this, it will help reduce the mobile call rate. But I think that it will not be so effective unless the government forces the mobile company to reduce the call rate. The four mobile companies have a monopoly business in our country and the victims are the common people as the call rate is higher than in any other country of the world. The mobile companies must reduce the call rate.
