Based on the letter 'About Shariah Law', I have the following comments to make. I guess most of us don't understand Hudd and Tazir. The Holy Koran and Hadith have prescribed only a few punishments (Hadd, plural Hadud) and in case of the rest of the offences, Islam has left it to the governments and the judges to determine punishments according to the circumstances of time and place, and these are called Tazir ( Taziraat in plural ). However, every government can make laws in the area of Tazir anew, if it feels necessary.

Terrorists who are attacking judges are damn ignorant people. These terrorists do not know that most of the laws in Bangladesh have no provision which violates Islam.
