Rice, forthcoming or outgoing
Condoleezza Rice, the outgoing national security adviser, must not be the forthcoming secretary of state of United States. As Mr. Colin Powell is leaving his job, President George Bush has nominated Rice for the post of secretary of state, and it seems that Rice is his right-hand woman. I strongly believe nominating Rice is another one of his wrong decisions. Rice may take the charge of homeland security secretary, not the job of secretary of state. She has presented herself with solid thoughts and seems to be a tough woman, and that is not the qualification of a secretary of state, where she must be more friendly and build her communication skills with other countries, both allies and enemies. She must not just think about her country or the Bush administration, but also must think about world peace.
