Ridiculous!
Our prime minister has invited the opposition to a dialogue to resolve the problem of growing militancy in the country. And the prominent business bodies and their leaders along with other prominent figures are asking the opposition to sit with the government for a dialogue.
Why the dialogue? To resolve the problem.
What is the problem? Militants are killing people. Whom they are killing? The secular people mostly from opposition parties. None of them are from any parties which are in the government.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. And the government is arresting the culprits and releasing them. Initially, the government denied the presence of militants. And government MPs, ministers are on record of having said that the militants are doing good for the country.
And the militants are killing the opposition party leaders and members and secular people. And this government is not secular at all. So why should the government arrest and punish them?
