Road in Chatkhil
Chatkhil municipal area in Noakhali district is a busy trade and business centre. The area is important because it is directly linked to Ramganj, Begumganj, Chittagong and Dhaka. But like darkness under a lamp, about three kilometres road from the bridge No. 11 to Badalkote Bazar saw no development in years causing untold suffering to the commuting people of Sundarpur, Fatehpur, Badalkote and Mekrarchar villages.
The inhabitants of the area fervently hope that the honourable MP and the chairman of municipality would take the necessary steps to renovate the road and alleviate the sufferings of the people.
