Salvage Bangladesh

We are all aware of the fact that for the last decade or so chaos and confusion in the political arena of Bangladesh has divided the nation. Tinkering with history, claims and counter claims, corruption, nepotism and inefficiency have plunged the nation to a level where even schoolchildren are confused when searching for the truth. Whether it's the War of Liberation or ousting an autocrat government, it is the people's power that played the vital role. We the people can only salvage our country out of the present catch 22 situation.

The next general election is due in January 2007. If we decide right from today to vote a third party to power or to at least work as a catalyst in parliament, we can definitely change the ongoing situation and look forward to a better future. Keeping 2007 in mind, we can silently start a campaign from now on for electing a third party. Spread the words through your friends and relations or people you meet everyday. "There is no alternative but to vote for a third party".

We have sacrificed a lot in the hope of a better future. Let us sacrifice our leaning towards either of the two major political parties and opt for a third one however small it may be today.
