Savar tragedy and us
I completely agree with Mr. Islam. When the people were wailing in Savar, we were having fun. Wasn't it inhuman? We could help them with the money we spent for nothing.
When the world was grieving over tsunami & Pope's death, we grieved. Now it's people dying in our country but we simply don't see it. Aren't we copying others just for the sake of copying? No one even bothers to see.
It's high time we woke up and showed some real sympathy to our countrymen.
